About 2019 INFINITI QX60
Overview

It’s a sign of the times that two of Infiniti’s most popular models are SUVs, and the company’s Nissan Pathfinder-based mid-size crossover is called the QX60. Introduced for 2013, it goes into model year 2019 with a new Limited model. The new trim adds luxury appointments and exterior flair like 20-inch wheels, a dark chrome front grille and door moldings, roof rails with higher quality paint, special rear bumper lower coloring in gloss black, and a LIMITED emblem on the rear hatch. There are no other major changes to the rest of the QX60 lineup.
Powering the QX60 is an older design 3.5-liter V-6 with a continuously variable transmission (CVT); this is the only powertrain available since the hybrid was dropped for 2018. The engine makes 295 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque that go to the front wheels, although all-wheel drive is available. Properly equipped, the QX60 is rated to tow up to 5,000 pounds. Fuel economy is 20 mpg city, 27 highway, 22 combined for front-wheel drive models and 19, 26, and 22 for all-wheel drive.
Stepping inside the QX60, the biggest changes are seen in the new Limited model, which boasts stone-colored semi-aniline leather seats and dark silver wood accents. Contrast stitching is found throughout the interior. Additional features include leather-wrapped grab handles for the doors, a black headliner, a leather-wrapped airbag cover over the steering wheel, special floor mats, and a special cargo mat with a flashy metallic logo.
Features on the normal QX60 include a moonroof, power liftgate, leather upholstery, power heated front seats, keyless ignition, an 8.0-inch infotainment touchscreen, and Bluetooth compatibility. Maple wood trim is available. The QX60 also has a handy system that detects when the rear door is opened prior to getting in but not opened at the end of the trip; the system assumes that you’ve forgotten something in the back seat and reminds you. Optional extras include a 13- or 15-speaker Bose stereo, heated steering wheel, remote start, memory seats, navigation system, surround-view camera, rear seat entertainment package with dual 8.0-inch screens, motion-sensing power liftgate, and power-adjustable third row seats.
Room in the QX60 is ample for front and rear passengers, although the third row is best for children. That said, the second row slides 5.5 inches forwards and backwards to make getting into the very back quite easy. With all seats upright, there are 15.7 cubic feet of cargo space to work with, and this expands to 76.5 cubic feet with the second and third rows folded down.
The Infiniti QX60 has gotten five stars overall in federal testing and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has given it top Good scores on all tests. It’s worth noting that the really appealing active safety features come as options. They include intelligent cruise control, blind-spot warning, backup collision intervention, distance control assist, forward emergency braking, a surround-view camera, and predictive forward-collision warning.

This car looks, feels and drives excellent. The only features this model doesnt have that we would have liked is cooling seats and built in navigation.

The ride was for me exceptional and my only issue is that the base model pure didnot have navigation, at this price point there should be navigation or Apple play something to enable directions. The ride of this vehicle never the less was extremely good.
