About 2013 Toyota Tacoma
overall
At a time when pickups are becoming almost as refined as modern automobiles, it is almost refreshing to drive something completely old-school like the Tacoma.
The 2013 Toyota Tacoma leads a shrinking midsize pickup class in terms of size and capability, but as the latest crop of full-size trucks becomes more fuel-efficient without any loss of hauling and towing ability, the real benefit of selecting a smaller model is a lower price tag. On this front, the Tacoma delivers, saving Toyota truck buyers thousands of dollars while returning better fuel economy compared to the bigger Tundra. However, unless Toyota invests in the 9-year-old Tacoma soon, especially with regard to improving gas mileage, new full-size models from competing companies are likely to further erode its appeal.

The truck is perfect. Small pick up trucks are the best for a utilitarian that needs it all. This truck rides great on the road and is excellent off road. The truck is unstoppable in the snow and the reliability is top notch. I get great gas mileage out of this truck, as long as I drive conservatively. Great power, the truck will tow 6500 lbs without the slightest issues. The build quality is what you expect out of a Toyota. I totally recommend this truck and will always be a Tacoma fan for life. Toyota makes the best vehicles and this truck is living proof.

I've had my Tacoma for a little over a year now and use it as my farm/work truck. It's been loaded down with lumbar, firewood, concrete, cinderblocks, you name it, I've used it to tow heavy trailers, I've had it in the mud, and I've had it on the highway. These are great all around trucks they are small enough to be easy to drive and park yet they are very robust in design. They are great off-road and have impressive towing capacity. The looks are sharp and there are tons of aftermarket parts if you want to customize them along with a very strong user community. They are extremely reliable and Toyota offer a 2 year maintenance program to cover all you basic maintenance. The four door has a spacious interior and the seats fold down for additional storage while not in use. They have plastic covers and an innovation storage compartment design behind the seat to add even more function. Needless to say I love this truck.
