The ultimate stock off-road machine. The wrangler has come along ways but still needs some things: better safety, better mpg, and better interior comfort. The Rubicon package is way over priced when you can get the same stuff aftermarket for 1/3 the cost.

I will say that the gas mileage could be better. However that aside this is a wonderful vehicle. Two years after I bought the jeep as a demonstrator new for 35,000 it is worth almost what I paid for it.. I have had 2 jeep Rubicons and I am shocked at the trade in value for these cars years after you buy them. They seem to last forever. Their only enemy is rust and the modifications some owners do with them. The ride in the four door model is almost as good as a normal auto. I don't like the 2 door models that have a much more rough ride. In the 2 door model kids are forced to climb over you to get to the back seat. It is a dream to park, you are in control and it handles fairly well. I get a lot of compliments on it and the Rubicon option make this a real hill climbing machine if you are into that. It is exceptionally safe to drive and it doesn't turn over unless you attempt to do things with it no sane person would ever do. You can haul like a truck especially with a cheap 4x8 trailer it replaces my truck. You can transport the family, you can have fun in this, there is nothing not to like, you never regret the decision you made when you buy it. All I can say negative is purchase the 4 door model. The gas mileage is not bad or horrible it just isn't a 4 cylinder that gets 40 mpg. . .
