Fuel ecomony is good. There is a good balance of power and fuel economy, with respectable towing capacity. The load levingling, trailering, and 4WD handling are strong in my HO. I like the use of variable 4 cyl to 8 cyl. A seamless transition. Color and exterior appearance are great. Some of the interior trim is quite frankly a bit on the cheap. Plastic-wood simulated trim is a bit curled, and I only have 1500 miles on the vehicle. Sometimes, the engine transition from electric to gas can be rough. Regarding the hands free system, including navigation system and interafces/both touch, menu and voice---these are HORRIBLE. If the engineer that developed/designed this system worked for me, they would be fired. Frankly GM should be ashamed. You get more from a $400 Garmin. I paid over $60,000 for this vehicle. Shame on me.
