I love the way the 2011-2014 5.0's look. They are a menacing presence to behold, especially if they have been modified. Stock the cars are incredibly comfortable and forgiving over bumps, but the soft stock springs are not ideal for handling if you have a lead foot. The power that these cars have from the factory is enormous, and I love it. Braking and Handling are okay, but if you really want to safely use all of the car's power you will want stiffer springs at a minimum. On the highway the gas mileage is good 22-26 mpg. Around town not so much, 12.2 was my avg. Maintenance wasn't an issue for me during my 12,000 miles so I'm not sure what repairs would cost. As for blind spots, the hood is very long and it makes parking scary at first, but other than that the car has much more visibility than the Camaro or Challenger. I highly recommend one. If you only drive one mustang newer than 2005, make it the 2011-2015 5.0.

Very impressed with 13 Mustang. Amazing power and a Mustang that finally handles. Comfortable, good tech features, HID headlamps and a strong warranty make this car a no brainer for someone that wants high horsepower but not looking to spend $50-60k+.

Being faster in the quarter mile than the Dodge Challenger and Chevy Camaro, the Ford Mustang GT is also cheaper. There aren't many cars out there that are faster from the factory stock, so power is not a problem. Fuel economy isn't bad either for a 5.0L V8, I average about 22 mpg combined, and on long trips get more than 27 mpg. My only complaint about the car is the suspension and brakes. Both are adequate, but could definitely use some improving. Overall, the 2013 Mustang GT is an excellent car for the money, and a blast to drive.
