decent truck for heavy towing, fuel mileage sucks compared to other makes. looks great, handles ok, able to handle 40 foot fifth wheel with 14 foot trailer behind it no problem. usually tow 18k-20k through the Colorado mountains, love the exhaust brake on down grades.

The 2012 Ram is my truck of choice. No DEF easy to work on and a reliable work horse. Plenty of power with all the amenities you want.

Overall I like the Ram 3500. It has suited me well and it seems to hold its resale value. It has a fair ride without a load and rides great when loaded. I haven't towed anything that seems to strain it.
