The styling is so unique. The convertible hardtop give you the best of a coupe and drop top sports car. I live in Louisiana and the weather changes quite often. It is so nice to have the convertible hardtop function in such a user friendly way. If I need to raise or lower the top it operates with the touch of a switch.

Love the car and is handles great. Classic MB design that just looks great. They have not really done much to the design in 12 years and the car still looks great. Almost impossible to tell a 2000 model from a 2012 model if you don't know a lot about the SL500.

Performance – wow i like speed like that and what a noise! Build Quality – it is a Mercedes-Benz Appearance – very nice Cost of Ownership – lets not go there Fun Factor – is this car is good fun to drive next the AMG to drive

i love my car because it delivers whenever i hit the road.its got excellent acceleration and a superb abs system.its easy to handle as long as u know what you are doing and of course it gets lighter as u accelerate but still feels solid on the road.its got excellent torque and hasn't needed repairs since i got it about six months ago...my car is absolutely gorgeous and it catches stares whenever i get out of the house.mine is black on beige interiors with amg kitted alloys.the most fun part of my car besides the looks is the fact that it doesn't disappoint when you decide to 'weave' between cars on the highway.........its a bit pricy but i'll recommend it for speed lovers

Only had it for 1 month, so I cant say much about it. So far I am very happy with the car. Performance is just great. The price is Insane in Norway for those kinda car's. It is like a dream to drive this car, so I guess that's what I am paying for.
