It's solid and durable with a city feel. The compact SUV with alot to offer. Very strong engine and very reliable.

Best in-class compact 4WD, free reving powerful 2.4L engine, x-pack inclusions, large flat bed cargo space with multiple tie down points, chilled drink holders, heaps of cabin storage. Clutch overheats when 4WDing on sand.

Mine was Black with privacy windows, and lighted roof rails (Very Lara Croft) - Known as a Sport - X, 2.2 TD. I loved this car.......4 years of fun. Versatile, never stuck, always had the pulling power. Only a few grumbles along the way, but nothing major. I'm in a CRV now, and do miss the X-Trail sometimes.

I have just bought a second hand vehicle. Beautiiful to look at - a very nice RED colour. I just realised that the bod - the front right fender ( side ) is so soft - what is this made of? Or is this an accident car which has been repaired?
