Great vehicle to bypass by the gas pumps! It is sporty, distinctive and German-engineered transportation full of personality. This machine offers great visibility to surrounding traffic! I've kept up on the maintenance and I am proud to call this Beetle TDI my own! I do not hesitate to travel cross country in this beauty!

Car was fun to drive and really cheap on fuel cost. Regular maintenance was a bit pricey and repair costs were ridicules. Handling on winding roads was great. For such a little car it had a surprisingly quiet and smooth ride.

I just bought this car a month ago so I could have a VW TDI that is out of warranty which I can upgrade. It is currently in the shop getting some performance upgrades added. The intent is to create a torque monster that still gets awesome fuel economy when driven conservatively so that the little angel or little devil on my shoulder can both be satisfied with one vehicle.

Okay, this by far is the best car I have ever owned. First off, it was a diesel. I got a kick out of going to the truck stops where the big boys would fill their 200 gallon tanks and I would fill my little tank of 12 gallons. It would get over 40 miles per gallon. That was the best deal of all. I had no mechanical problems with this little guy. Had a few minor problems that VW fixed immediately. The most major problem I had was the filters clogging up on the moon roof and flooded the floor board. Filters??? Who knew there were filters. Certainly not me but VW did. Well, anyway they are currently being sued for that. Overall again, this was the best car I owned just for the gas mileage alone.
