In addition, cargo space increased from 14.4 cubic feet to 15.7. The STS and SLS trims still have 4 doors and seat 5. Gas consumption ranges from 17 mpg in the city to 26 mpg on the highway. Standard features include air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, leather seats, power seats, cd player, and ABS brakes. The SLS uses a 4.6 L, 275 hp V8 engine while the sportier STS uses a 4.6 L, 300 hp version. Passenger volume increased from 102.3 cubic feet to 104.1. Despite the changes, consumers still have issues with oil leakage and consumption, as well as overall maintenance issues. Commentators assert that these durability concerns kept Cadillac from making good on its proclamation that the 1998 Seville would reclaim the title of best sedan on the market.
