was good back in its time, with upgrades she would be better than most basic models these days, the sound system is definitely out of date, the body is a good overal shape, this is a reliable car that i am proud of owning

This car has the same drive train as the Toyota Supra sports car, 3.0L DOHC 24 valve inline six, although not available with the turbo or the manual transmission in the US (Older models with the 5MGE engine were available 5 speed in the US). It's not as fast as I thought it would be, but it gets up and goes pretty well, and handles well for a car it's size.

I bought a caged 5-speed cressida from california with the stock 7mge in it and I brought it back to wisconsin to undergo the engine swap. Currently wiring the motor but other than that everything is all set to go. I can't wait to get into some drift events and finally enjoy my cressida.
