AFTER 26 YEARS OF DEPENDENCY: I can't give it up. Even after getting a van with a lift. It's still easier to jump in and out of the Nissan,than to get out of the seat in the van. The 4 speed auto trans works great for power and overdrive for economy. With routine maintenance, it just keeps on rolling. Like me!

Most durable and reliable fuel efficient family car. Charming looks with Maxima handling. Go for GXE and you got a good value even as a basic car. Moon roof is optional. Just wash it and under dont let it rust.

its a great starter car for new drivers, very reliable and great on gas. they are also cheap to maintain and easy to work on. i would definatly say that for a 4 cyl its got plenty of power fun to drive

This was my first ever car that I owned. My mom and step dad purchased it from Kidney Foundation while I was a junior in High school. It had it problems it was already 11 years old when I got it, and the previous owner put in a new engine incorrectly, and there was rust. But over all it was a good car. I added cd changer and speakers and I was good to go, it took me to work and school and out on the weekends. I did have to get a new battery, alternator, fuel pump and once the starter went I just junked it. But I do have very fond memories of it, I did find out it had a top speed of 95mph, after that the car started to shake. ha!
