Performance well acceleration is still tops in the 302 block engine, and handling is still great on curbs, Built quality, what can I say FORD TOUGH, no squeaks and tweeks, Appearance, well I love all the extra factory chrome, although I will be adding more chrome and even tint colored chrome to the windows. Cost of Ownership-Hey I can't complain, it's very cheap for parts! Fun factor-I love the vintage and it takes me back to the mid 80's When I just turned 13 when the car came out on the assembly line, LOL!

The Crown Victoria, since 1979, was built on Ford's Panther platform frame. The panther is a full framed vehicle. Acceleration isn't too bad, it could be better, I got to adjust the transmission cable. The car stops very well. Car will handle like a crazy car when I put the sway bars on it. The car is pretty quiet, it runs really smooth. It has some exterior rust and the primer is showing in some spots, there are some dents and scratches in the body too. The interior is a nice dark blue with a faux wood trim dash, dual power seats, power door locks, power mirrors, power windows, aftermarket gauges, lighted door panels, automatic headlamps, premium sound stock radio. The exterior has chrome bumpers, trim and also a half vinyl top. The gas mileage will vary on where you drive the car, if you take care of the car (oil changes, tune ups, etc.), and how you drive it. It can be anywhere from 9 to an astounding 22mpg, that's better than some cars advertised today! This is a 22 year old car so I would expect things to go bad. This car is so much fun to drive, it's so different from the new cars that are out on the road today. Modifications done to this will suprise people who don't expect anything from these cars.
