In 1982, Ford decided it was time to give power to the people. The 1982 Ford Mustang had many more powerful engine options than it had seen for quite some time. The 302 V8 was back, and mostly better than ever. Now known as the 5.0-liter HO (High Output) engine, it was capable of 157 horsepower. Ford also gave us back the GT. Appropriately sporty in appearance with spoilers and a hood scoop, the GT's 3.3-liter I6 could reach about 91 horsepower.

Although its been ratted on bout many things i just cant beat how much fun and performance i get out of this car for what i paid for it, its easy to work on, easy to make power and is an all around fun car.Cant beat gas mileage either, for the 5.0 it still gets 24 mpg,

rust free, straight body t top car. not exactly a rare car but certainly not an easy car to find. I have a 351 and auto tranny to put in it. Need an interior.

Nice little hotrod. Its really a LX model. Its a X-Highway Patrol car that belonged to my wife. It would smoke the tires with no problems. It was a good handling car too. It was such a small little car that I thought it felt unstable at high speeds.

I can't really talk much about how these come from the factory. Mine had a 514 stroker motor in it.
