If you are lucky enough to own one of the original 460 Interceptors, (which at the time, you had to have local law enforcement sign for) you have a nice, fast and rare ride. It rides good- it will not handle like a sportscar, but it's in the last decade of real full size cars that Detroit put out.

Pretty comfortable car, but doesn't have much else going for it.

I bought this turd for $350 from a used car lot my Sophomore year of college and stored it at a friend's house. Yes, for a while I owned two cars while I was in school. Why? Because I freakin' wanted to... It had 77K original miles on the 400 V8 and C6 automatic transmission. It ran great, and I eventually pulled the motor, trans & rear end out and junked the car. The 400 would find its way into my F150 at a later date. BTW: The car stank like a hog farm and I couldn't get the odor out of it. That was the compelling reason to get rid of it. That and the colonies of ants that found their way inside under the carpet. They laid a million eggs and took it over. It was a nasty machine.
