Being an Automatic, it couldn't out accelerate a highway tractor. Lots of fun, and 10 bucks to fill and drive for 2 weeks! Car didn't have the usual rust, as my Aunt never drove in winter. I loved this car and it's one of very few I wish I had never sold.

quick, agile, awesome lines, rare, and very desirable! pretty cool when the owner of the ferrari dealership in newport beach, california, comes out of his office to look at the datsun when you're there to take pictures of some 400,000 dollar cars... enough said!

Was working as a mechanic when a customer 'bailed' on it, because the waterpump let loose the fan and fan clutch into the radiator. The customer did not want to pony up for a new radiator, so we were glad to accept it as payment. I went on to repair it fully, to which it drove perfectly then. Used it to get to college in 1987.

It did everything. There were plenty of them in the boneyards, so modification was easy. the tranny was taken from a 280SX and required a custom shifter because it was set off the pattern by about ten degrees, but still bolted right up. Had my custom stereo in, everything was looking up, until Bob Tuck rammed it. I made him buy it then, as it would never see a single safe mile after that.
