This Plymouth shows that there was a time in America when companies had pride in thier product. This car sits on the last year Plymouth and many other American companies were not restricted to making horrible cars. It can out shine an AMG Mercedes on the freeway, all of its accessories still work after almost forty years, it wasn't molested by the bumper laws, and wasn't strangled by the emissions ones either. It fits my three kids easily, and everywhere you go its bound to spike interest. Yes horrible gas mileage but there is a cost to being safe and im not gonna have to spend 800 bucks on a new plastic water pump( VW, Audi), or have it leave me stranded because i accidentally hit a water puddle (ford). This old car fairs well in accidents also, I checked always do when I buy a new car (or old one lol), and I never use crash rating i go online and find out what really happens from stories all over the internet including pics. In one instance two friends driving their 1972 fury 4dr were rearended by a drunk driver while sitting at a stop sign. The lady was going 80mph, and they both walked away from the wreck with just minor bruises the lady in her new car didnt. Overall its a great car and Ill be driving mine till im to old to drive.
