The 1970 Chevelle Malibu is not one for the casual car owner. It was not meant to be a performance car. It was built with muscle and the family in mind. It's a great sedan for haulin' the children and groceries but it has that punch just waiting to be released.

Magnificient power and comfort bred from full-size styling. Driving this car gave the sense of purpose and control while being greatly comfrotable. This is a "Muscle" car that can double as a family "Sunday go-to-church" car. It is very versital and comfortable, making it a great buy for colletors.

The acceleration isn't the best, although this is an older car. The braking is rather good for a car of its time, and the handling is fairly good. As far as I know, this car has not needed any repairs over it's lifespan, and there are no current issues associated with it (other than needing a new battery and an oil change as its not been run in a few years.) The interior is nice, and the speedometer is definitely a standout point for it. The exterior is pretty basic, but keeps an old school look which falls in my favor. The gas mileage is terrible compared to modern day cars and receives fairly low mpg. Maintenance is important and should be done fairly often on this vehicle. It is a very fun car to drive, due to it's power under the hood and the style it retains even today. I wouldn't recommend this car today, simply for the gas mileage, but also because there are far better cars out now.
