This dealership lacked communication, lacked helpfulness, lacked motivation through the process, lacked resources to ensuring to seal the deal, lacked transparency of the “deal”. Checked my credit, did not discuss with me, sent to bank for approval without giving details of deal. When asked to see the deal sent for approval, I was denied until I showed proof of income. The most strangest car buying experience. I’ve bought cars out of state and shipped over to me, that process was with ease. I recommend this dealership strengthen its business core values.

They were quick to respond to any question I had. The listing matched exactly what they were offering. The vehicle was extremely clean and I was offered the keys to inspect it as soon as I made myself known. My salesman offered to answer any questions I had onsite before the purchase. If I knew anyone in the market for a used car, I would suggest Sheffield Motors.

Had a fantastic experience working with Charlie at Classic Toyota. He was very responsive and patient with me as I requested videos and photos of the vehicle (I was from out of town). I ultimately bought the vehicle from classic Toyota and had a great experience! They didn't add on a bunch of extra fees etc. the vehicle was very clean and had a full tank when I picked it up! I'd definitely consider going back!
