-great communication -thorough explanation of interface during test drive -needed more time, low pressure from salesman and sales manager. -staff felt authentic and showed that they cared about the deal and that we had a good experience.

Despite my loan was already approved and an airline ticket almost purchased I received an early morning email from one of Nick Mayer Ford East sales associate confirming the availability of the vehicle listed for 5 long days, but later over the phone I was told blatantly the vehicle was no longer for sale due to failing passing a mechanical inspection. Frankly not a decent business practice offering something imaginary only just to generate traffic and/or potential customers. Never again.

Ed came in on a Sunday when he was supposed to be closed. This was the only day that I could make it. He stuck it out through all of the paperwork and my daughter got her car.
