Sergio was my main contact point and he sent me everything I needed to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I was out of town and because flights and TSA was so bad for travel, I did not make it back to followup on the vehicle. I'm sure the Carfax was accurate as the VIN number matched NTSA records for recalls. (Which I recommend everyone check prior to a purchase).

Very poor experience I asked for an appointment to view the vehicle, It took a week to get an appointment. Then on the day of the appointment, I was sent a message that the appointment was canceled. The seller had changed their mind. I found that to be suspiciously Awkward

I had a terrible experience with the dealership, they told me the car was $11,000 more than listed on the website. They wanted me to drive two hours to try to haggle with me. It was very frustrating and they were not transparent with the price. I wouldn’t allow them to put cars for sale on your website.

Very good communication from seller to buyer.

General manger (Mr. Assad) was rude at the end of the conversation over the phone. Very little transparency in the pricing. Instead of a clear breakdown of the total cost, the conversation kept shifting to monthly payments. This is why I usually won’t visit a dealership until all numbers are clearly provided upfront.

Very polite and transparent. My only issue and why I was unable to make the transaction was due to my poor credit and lack of time at time at my job. I had communicated all of that at the beginning and even filled out the credit application online, I was very transparent. With the fact I had poor credit would likely not get financed and they acted like it wouldn’t be an issue. Then when I went over there which was 80 miles from my home just to find out oh yeah poor credit sorry the bank wouldn’t take you. I mean I understand that’s not their fault but maybe when they put credit apps online it would be helpful if someone can make me do it over the phone and see if the person’s even eligible before they go all out of their way phone with a car and then can’t buy it but they were very polite. Nice on the nice cars there I would recommend them otherwise.
