Drove all the way there from san jose when i got there salesman could not find the vehicle trying to find it for 30 mins to find out he said it was out for or as a loaner and would get back with me once the vehicle comes back… never heard from him since then. Another situation, someone was emailing me, I asked for OTD price and if it can go lower a little bit since it has been at the dealership for quite awhile now. Never got the answer. So i amnot satisfied with that dealership

Dealer never responded after several inquiries- drove three hours to get car with cash in hand and it had already sold and they never took it off the website

Reached out to dealer asked a bout trade in sent info they never replied waited a few days called again told them I didn’t have to trade in I just wanted to purchase Yukon they gave me an appointment since I’m 2 hrs away from dealer on my way there I get a call stating a fellow worker booked appointment at same time and they told me I can come look at it but no guarantee it would be available so I turned around came home I called next day to see if still available and it had sold. Horrible customer service services they didn’t even reach out don’t know how they stay in business

Great looking truck. Before purchase, did those pre finance that car guru offers and they basically matched the same deal and got me a lower interest rate. I bought from 3 hours away out of town but seems to be great purchase. Drive home was smooth

Was not able to make it to the dealership but will go by this weekend. I am leaning more to a 2022 model but want to see there option with my own eyes. So far the team at the dealership has been great.

The guy was using this vehicle as his own because his car was in a recent accident putting more miles on the car but not will to negotiate price. Car was dirty and tint needs repair.
