Good deal. Ray West was very responsive. Overall didn't have the make model and color. That's the only reason we didn't buy from this dealer.

I was very unhappy with my visit. I filled out an online for appt. Which I went too. I called at ask a question. I was told the car would be repaired when the body shop could work it in. I didn’t wanna drive an hour. If the car wasn’t going to be fixed, I filled out an online appraisal and got a note in the file that they were offering an additional $2000 on top of the offer for your trade. I took my trade with me, which I was told that was a mistake, and that they would not be offering any extra, I would’ve brought my car then I was told by the sales guy that the car which I was willing to pay full price for was not going to be repaired it was going to be sold as is the only thing I was asking for was the car heavy damage to be fixed , I told him to contact me after the vehicle was repaired and he said I’ll have it sold before that happens that really ended my conversation with this dealership. I am very disappointed with the way this was handled and the waste of my time.

I questioned a gap in service history for the 2015 ghibli. The internet sales rep responded to me that he received documents from the owner and asked how I wished to proceed. I asked him to provide the information. Later that day he sent a new generic email (outside the thread) asking if I received his last email, in which I replied to see the thread because I did respond. A week has no gone by and today I opened my email to see another correspondence if I had everything I needed. I do not chase people down or beg for information. I moved on. No hard feelings.

I was interested in a Mercedes SL63. The price was great but Nora couldn’t have been more rude. I asked if he could check to see if the head bolts had been replaced under warranty, because I can’t due to not being the owner of the vehicle. This is some Mercedes does. After a few minutes or Nora being rude, he ended with.”I will not be doing any research on this vehicle.” If that’s the company’s policy, that’s what he should of said. He went out of his way to be rude. This was going to be a weekend car for me, not a daily driver, so in the fortunate situation with not needing their car. I like to do business with service oriented people and they are out there. Business owners are only as good as there worst employee, I know this from years of owning businesses. I truly hope the owners of this dealership see this review and retrain Nora, before he runs off another serious buyer. It’s starting to make sense why this car has been on their lot for 113 days.
