I applied for a pre-qualified loan, I guess my credit was not as good as they thought, not not is I got approved or not, never got a call back for options I may have had...

Decent took several days to get back to me won’t work with out of state buyer asked several times for more pictures due to me going to have to ship truck. Finally received them but didn’t want to talk price until I got into dealership

Met with Diego and he assisted me to show the car right away. Was a little disappointed because i asked them beforehand if the car has a parking sensor installed on it and they said yes but found out none.

The car was on car guru for about two weeks before it could be test driven and then sold before I could have it checked. But the people I worked with were friendly and transparent

I was planning on purchasing a car here from another part of the state and I had a lot of questions, but the only people I talked to were too busy to give me more than 10 minutes of their time. Plus I had red flag questions on the Carfax I wanted addressed. I bought a nicer car from another dealership that appreciated my interest, and eventual sale.
