After an initial Q & A with a very cordial & professional S/R that satisfied all concerns, Speedcraft bombarded me with 7-8 emails by 3 diff people even after I asked to cease contact. Insane pressure!

The staff was fine but I had spent almost 3 days trying to call and get a hold of someone, and even when I texted the AI chat bot that texted me, it didn’t even reply. And so when we went to go check out a car in the afternoon, (I had called that morning) the car had sold that morning, and I had driven an hour to get there.

A big shout-out to Bella in financing as well—she made the process easy and was great to work with. From start to finish, it was an excellent car-buying experience!

The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t come to a deal regarding my trade but if I were to buy one, I would go back to purchase a vehicle from him.
