Great customer service and friendly staff

Terrible place to buy, Their feet is not worth the cost of the car and the customer service is the worse. I spent 5 hours at the dealer getting the vehicle they dont care they just make you wait. My car key was incomplete and the manager won't answer your call once you buy. Also they have sale people that don't know nothing about car. Withing 24hrs of buying my car I regretted. Go somewhere else.

I traveled from out of state to buy my vehicle at Palmetto57 Volkswagen. Ie was well the trip. Pedro, Jeison and Ignacio were very helpful. The second finance manager was there for our document signing. Everything was seamless and well worth the 800 mile trip!

The car was sold the day prior this was related to me from the dealership with no hard sale to come in like some of the other ones that made me drive miles only to find out the car was sold they were very polite and sent me follow up information on other options

Smooth transaction. Waiting for my car to be shipped to me. Hopefully the car arrives as advertised
