Mediocre, like the rest. Not sure what or why, but most car stores make it super complicated and inconvenient to purchase, or even look at a car. Emich couldn't even be bothered to move the car 20 miles to another store close to where I was working. Probably lost a sale.

I will never contact them again. They ran my credit multiple times dropping the score down and didn't even call me back to say whether or not I was approved. I had to call and ask someone about it. My salesman wouldn't even talk to me. He was too busy with others. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

It took several days for the dealer to contact us, and then it was a generic email that did not answer any of our questions. We reached out again with our questions and a desired time when we were available for a test drive. Again, it took several days for the dealership to respond, with another generic email. We finally called, and the sales person was not a good connection for us. Very pressure orientated. He wanted us to buy it over the phone because it might be gone by the time we would arrive there, mind you sight unseen. We reminded him we wanted to take it for a test drive and set a time up for the next day. We received an email the next morning reminding us of a virtual meeting he had scheduled for us that day at 4:30, not even the time we had set up to have the test drive. We again tried to contact him without having success. This continued for a few days and we realized we were not interested in doing business here as the communication was not good.

I am in the process of buying this car. Th ey have been very patient and cooperative with me.

Turned out that the picture of the jeep advertised was not the jeep for sale. I bought elsewhere. I figured if I couldn’t trust them with the right picture I probably would not want to buy from them.

Vehicle was sold days ago, so I made the trip for nothing.
