Communication is poor. Took long time to find the car. Nice sales person, very polite but no follow up at all other than AI generated emails. Had to chase down answers to questions only to find car sold. Cars can sell fast, sure, but communication would have been appreciated.

Deceptive pricing and wasted time. I spent over 6 hours negotiating a 2024 Ford Edge SEL AWD advertised at $21,990. From the start, I made it clear all numbers had to be OTD (out-the-door). We verbally agreed on $22,000 OTD. In finance, that agreement was ignored. Add-ons and fees were added on top, pushing the real price close to $24,000. When I questioned it and declined add-ons, the finance manager’s, Jason, attitude became rude and unprofessional. Despite clearly requesting only one credit pull, they ran two hard inquiries. I left without a deal but with wasted time and damage to my credit. This was a classic bait-and- switch at the finance desk. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who values transparency. Review every line carefully or expect to pay more than agreed.

Confirmed vehicle was at the dealership 40 mins before arriving and once there was told they sold it to their service department. Then tried to upsell another vehicle.
