Made offer; not even considered. Over $400 to transfer tags and a title! Processing fee of $995 was not even negotiable. Waste of my time, their time. I walked in ready to write the check; it fell apart.

Even with my trade the absolute easiest process car buying process ive ever had and I have had A LOT of cars...

Two things. First thing… The Car Fax assessment did not match reality. I took my car to my trusted garage a day after purchasing and they found the right sway bar link was broken. This was an item on the Car Fax report that was listed as replaced. The sway bar links were replaced according to the car fax report, not just ‘checked’ like other things. But that was not the case here. There is photo evidence of the broken sway bar link. Everything else on my car checked out mechanically. Second thing, my gas tank was on empty and my tires were woefully low on air . The low air warning dinged just as i got off the lot and the low fuel warning minutes later. . I made it to a gas station and filled both but it would have been nicer for you to have at least filled the tires before I bought it. Also safer. Had my tire blown out on the way home this would be a very different review. But those are the two reasons for low scores. Sorry Ray. Hope you still get the bonus! You were awsome, BUTTT…

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealer. Transparent in all facets and willing to negotiate with you, 4x4 made buying a car easy and straightforward. Will definitely recommend them going forward

Car was a complete dump all motor mounts neeeded fixing engine was smoking after running the car for a while. It’s a shame this car was even listed at 8 thousand car is worth minimum 4 thousand lots of work needed.

I had a trade with 2 verified offers from 2 other dealerships that matched book value trade. They would not even come close to these offers and argued that the value of my trade was based off the value of the vehicle I was buying, which is absurd. To make it even worse, it was an apples to apples comparison. I was looking at the exact same new car at another dealership. This dealership is a waste of time. I bought the car I wanted but from a different dealership.
