Sales manager very rude. He actually pushed his bdc out of his way, when she tried to introduce us. Lied to by salesperson. Not a good experience. Won’t go back.

Dealer was responsive and honest.

The day before I was to take delivery of the vehicle, their own service manager got into an accident with the car. They paid for the body work repairs obviously (under the table) & promised me this accident would not appear on the cars history, but since they would only reduce the price $200, I backed out of the deal. The car was already ~$2,000 over priced. After this, the car changed from “pending” to “available” again. And I noticed they did NOT disclose this accident!!!! So if you are the one who ended up purchasing the white Audi A3 cabriolet - just know they are lying to you & the car has been in an accident. They also probably didn’t disclose that the top was malfunctioning and wouldn’t go down. And the advertisement listed features the car didn’t have. There’s more, but I’m out of space

Everything worked out great! I took delivery on Monday.
