A very disappointing experience with this dealership. I called to inquire about a BMW 750. The website listed a price with shipping to my location. About 5-7 minutes into the conversation, I was suddenly informed of a $1,999 "clear coat" add on fee, something that was never disclosed upfront and the website shipping listed was also off by about $600. I told them no thanks and to have a good day. Then suddenly they removed both of these charges. They informed me that the car was in the shop for warranty work and Josh (0wner) said can I put a deposit down. I said yes i am more than happy to put a $1000 deposit down contingent that an independent inspection be performed and pass. Josh said he only accepts deposits from serious 100% committed buyers which I was by doing my due diligence. When I called the next day, Josh informed me that he took a deposit from someone who didn't need an inspection. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Misleading, undisclosed fees and unprofessional conduct.

Sold the truck while I was on my way to the dealership for my appointment and had a 3.5 hour drive each way
