Toyota dealerships near me (Miami, FL)

The car had several dents from minor accidents. The salesperson was overwhelmed. He said there was nothing that could be done about the blemishes. We left. He called us an hour later stating the manager approved them to fix the minor issues. We drove another hour back to the dealer and waited 30 min for the sales person to find the keys. Awful experience and I will never return to Doral Toyota.

Inaccurate description of the car. This is actually an XLE not an SE I guess. That’s what they told us.

Sales department are very active, they are doing very good job.

Retail suggested price was 43,000. They tried selling it to me for 63,000.

Emailed back and forth several times with the rep. She assured me the vehicle was there and available as I had an hour 1/2 drive to the dealership. Arrived at 9am the next morning to find the vehicle had been sold the previous week !

False advertising-scam! Very disappointed in every aspect. The truck advertised didn’t have the wheels nor the bedliner in the photos advertised. The price started close to $4k over the advertised price and then dealer added fees on top. Managers couldn’t help clarify or negotiate a better deal and were rude, no call back either. Overall worst customer experience trying to buy a vehicle and looks like it’s still on their lot. Greedy people! Good luck guys!

They made me go over there, and the car was sold

Car was basically sold when I when, hence they did nothing to help me finding options. Representative was very honest and respectful, but it was a waste of my time.
