Toyota dealerships near me (Worcester, MA)

They told me an hour before I came in that the civic was available. After I arrived they told me it had been sold. Then they showed me a Corolla that was $6k more than my price range. I felt like they used old school outdated sales tactics and they bait and switch to get you in there. The haggling process was annoying. I finally got to the price I wanted to pay but it was a long back and forth process to get there. After all was said and done and the paperwork was signed I found out that the vehicle only came with one key! I will probably not buy from there again.

The car wasn’t available after they called me to come in

I would not step in the facility again. The car was leaked all its transmission fluid in the test drive only and the agent still didn’t wanted to reduce the price. I would have not bought it anyways

Staff has been professional, timely in their response, and helpful.

I went in with a pre approved financing and they sent out my info to a dozen other lenders killing my credit score. Very unhappy!

Terrible dealer staff sold car on me back in 2025. Then tried to sell me a car with a bad catalytic converter. Alset with them guys. I'll never go there again. Irony is I didn't realize it was the same dealer till I got there.

The communication was terrible. It took almost 2 weeks to get the vehicle. The salesman was unresponsive when I emailed and texted. The only positive was Tigan the finance person. I would never buy or refer anyone to the dealership.
