I happened to find the vehicle I was looking for closer to my home with less mileage, but I was very impressed with the staff’s communication and absolutely would have purchased here if I wasn’t out of state.

There was an advertised price for the vehicle in CarGurus. When I inquired about the car they raised the price on CarGurus. When I emailed them about the situation they never replied.

Very friendly staff, was immediately greeted by Josh upon arrival who was very friendly and informative, no complaints in that department. However for this particular vehicle (2020 RAV4 XLE with 66,000 miles on it) they had it listed for about $27,400. Original MSRP for that model was $29,820. KBB and similar websites state fair value for the vehicle to be $23,432. That’s not including the fact that it had numerous paint chips, what seemed to be very minor chips in the windshield, and the fact that it har 66,000 miles on it. The vehicle drove well on the test drive and I had no problems in that department either. However- when I asked about the price being so close to MSRP the only answers I got were convoluted and mostly were chalked up to it’s the market we have right now. But that isn’t true. I’ve already seen 2021-2023 RAV4 XLEs with prices set to 25-27K. This 2020 I refer to should be $20-22K.
