Good staff, just wasn’t the car for me

I have not decided whether I will be purchasing the vehicle or not. Gwen has been very helpful thus far.

The big problem with this listing was that it was completely inaccurate. They are advertising a John Cooper Works Mini, which is many, many thousands more, but it is a base Mini. It is so misleading. I would have given them a break but I pointed out their mistake and while they admitted it and apologized, a week later it is still inaccurate. Very dishonest.

Friendly and helpful staff across the board. Our salesman Andre was great. He was knowledgeable about the car and wasn’t hi pressure or rushed us

Talked them down to a price that worked for both of us and bought it. Car was immaculate 26000 miles and not a mark on it inside or outside. Car is like brand new. Love the car love the experience at Jaffarian I would certainly buy another vehicle from them and I will highly recommend them to family and friends. And I found the vehicle using carguru it a great app to have.

I went in with a pre approved financing and they sent out my info to a dozen other lenders killing my credit score. Very unhappy!

Dealer responded Said vehicle was sold but they had others. That’s been almost a week. Same vehicle still on car gurus. Just feel everything wasn’t up front

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone they are very high pressure sales people. The sales person wanted to know when I can be at the dealership for a test drive. Not asking if I even wanted to test drive. I feel that is pretty aggressive sales tactics.
