Hannibal was a pleasure to work with. He was very detailed and attentive to my questions. I was an out state purchaser. He made the process seamless.

The process with the dealer was cumbersome and not what i expected from a major dealership. After waiting approximately two weeks, i arrived to pick up the car on a saturday morning and the vehicle was not prepared and ready for delivery in the condition i expected. The sales person represented over the phone that the car would have decent tires. The vehicle had over a thousand more miles that advertised. That however was not a big deal to the dealer when i questioned how that happens. Considering that standard mileage rates are allowable up to 70 cents per mile; a $700.00 credit would have been fair for the extra, inaccurately represented miles. The finance officer didn't even react or address the issue when i brought it up. By that time i was ready to just get the transaction done and get out the door. The car had two terrible gouges and or scratches across the hood. It look like something large was dropped on the hood. This problem was addressed by a less than fair credit equ
