Horrible Experience today! Went to the dealer last week looking to purchase a vehicle and had a GREAT experience working with Tristian. We stayed in communication over the week regarding a few things I wanted to review when I came back. Today after negotiating for an hour, we hammered out what I believed was a final deal only to find out they said we no longer had a deal. Stay away from this Dealership - Only gave them a 1 star due to the great service from Tristan

Absolute top tier experience. No time wasting BS. Both times I was there, in and out, no nonsense. Not to mention selling at MSRP for most vehicles is fantastic

I do NOT recommend this dealership. It is very difficult to get in contact with someone when you call. I bought the car on sat. They were supposed to deliver my vehicle to me in NH on Mon with plan to call me the morning of with a time. On Mon, I called every 2 hrs to confirm and got sent to voicemail each time. I didn't actually speak to a human until 2:30 pm, when I was told the delivery would be the next day. So, I had to take 2 days off from work to get my car. Then, when the vehicle was finally dropped off to me, there was a new chip in the windshield in the driver's line of vision. I immediately called the dealership, where I was transferred to voicemail again. I called back every hour multiple times until I finally insisted that I speak with a person, who told me that the chip was previously documented (given the size and location, I find this very hard to believe that neither my spouse nor i noticed it on the test drive) and said i was responsible for it- terrible!
