The dealership met my expectations.

I did my research on the market value and trade in value of my car. When we got to purchase details they would only offer a trade value of 4000 less than what research indicated. Car max and carvanna both offered me what my research says trade in value is. Just had to walk away though I wanted to purchase at a fair net value

Was a hassle to find out if the truck was still available. Drove down (45min), walked around, found the truck I was interested in. Being that no sales people came out to talk to me, (but helped others), so I just walked around, looked through glass, and crawled underneath. No test drive, no info, nothing. Felt like I wasted my time. Seemed like a nice truck from what little I could see from the outside.

Excellent communication from start to finish by text, phone, and in person. Fair deal. Our salesman was Josh.
