Alex (salesperson) responded right away and was very helpful. I went to the dealership to see this car and another one like it. Salespeople were great but the cars were pretty rough, especially to be 2022's. The seats were stained and the fabric was worn and the interior just felt gross. The website said NON-Smoker, but one of the cars had a hole burned in the seat and the other car reeked of pot! Maybe this is normal when looking at a used car, I have previously just purchased new. However, the only reason I wanted to trade is because the color Lunar Rock was discontinued last year and I love the color. The good news is, I no longer want to trade my clean, unstained 2020 Kia.

Wayne was kind and helpful! Did not end up moving forward with the vehicle I was interested in, but it was a pleasant experience.

The overall ordeal was a little lengthy, but everything worked out the way I need to work out. I did purchase the vehicle that I saw after the 2022 Toyota Highlander.
