It was as expected. Very easy going

Driving over an hour and half away. I was greeted by a nice sales lady. She was pleasant, and very busy. She was working on multiple deals at once but still made time for me. I test drive this car, and the transmission was slipping. I brought it to another gentlemen’s(sales rep) attention that stepped in for the original lady, and he seemed to be annoyed by my line of questioning. He told me there was no wiggle room in the price, and told me that they put over 2k into the car (including a 350 dollar detail) which the car hadn’t been touched from an interior inspection. I asked about the battery which showed up in an inspection which he had no answer for, nor did he want to find out for me. 3 hr round trip for a car if I was told upfront had problems I would have passed.

It was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. I would be another car from them in a heart beat , if I needed one.

My buying experience with Toyota South was excellent. John S. was most helpful, very knowledgeable, and kind. If I want to buy another vehicle I’ll definitely stop in at their dealership first. 5 stars to them!!
