They were clear with me. I wanted to sell my Hyundai Santafe and buy the Subaru but the price was not worth it for the sale.

Emailed that I would be down on a certain day at a certain time. It was an hour and a half drive. Arrived there. Vehicle was on a lift getting brakes done. Was told it might be a week or more until the vehicle would be available. Waited 6 days for a call back. Looked online to find the vehicle had been sold. No call back to tell me the vehicle was gone. I had to find out myself when I looked on the site. Wasted my time and gas. Ridiculous.
