Toyota dealerships near me (Flemington, NJ)

Notified dealer I was interested and was coming to see vehicle. When I got there someone was trying to secure a loan for same car. I waited till closing and left. I was not notified of outcome, nor was I notified someone was looking to purchase a car I made an appointment to see. Not a good business tactic for a dealership. More like small lot car sales.

I couldn’t get the car I wanted but they were honest about it. Most dealerships would want me to go there and say oh sorry it’s sold, but this one isn’t like them.

Tom Coates truly educated me on various vehicles and made the experience less stressful.

I received a packet of information on the vehicle via email from my online inquiry. Then I followed up via phone call to check availability and went to see it in person. The sales staff was easy to work with and I did ultimately purchase the vehicle.

I drove 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to this dealership and the car was there and we took it for a ten minute test drive when we got back to the dealership the car was leaking antifreeze. They were polite but it was obvious they didn’t check the vehicle. The next day he called me and told me it was the thermostat but I could tell it was something else besides he gave me a paper saying they checked the thermostat. I hope somebody didn’t purchase that vehicle

We were extremely impressed with the service we received at this dealership. We have never received such professional service anywhere else. All the employees at this office were very attentive to us, but Rasul, who was our consultant during the purchase, showed exceptional professionalism and made us truly happy with the purchase of the car we had chosen.

Waiting on the second key for vehicle I feel that a limited service could have also been extended with the purchase of the vehicle.
