I was speaking with Hamid about a vehicle that I was really motivated on purchasing. Upon arrival, I met with another sales rep, Mustafa, and he was very welcoming and helpful, that is the only reason for the 2 stars. When inquiring about the vehicle, Hamid introduced himself and instructed Mustafa to get the key for the car. After about an hour, or so, they were not able to locate the key for the car and simply said it was misplaced. I’d taken time from work and an uber ride, in anticipation on purchasing the car. During all of this, I’d only spoken with the original person, Hamid, that was in contact with me the days prior, only one time and that’s was the initial greeting. Mustafa took the lead, although I was under the impression that the car would have been ready, of which I clearly expressed to Hamid. Not only was this an extreme inconvenience, my experience was not so pleasant. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend.
