Great experience, at the end of the day, it was not quite the car I wanted. But they made a good deal.

We should have gone to a different dealership. The sales people have been misleading us with our recent transaction, they have manipulated us in buying a new vehicle. Our choice was a used vehicle but they have added so many fees (reconditioning fees of about $4,000). We never had this issue with our previous dealers before. See Yelp reviews about them too. We are very unhappy with our car purchase and this dealer.

Great salesman and smooth process in finance, great experience

Thinks their customers are dumb enough to spend almost $3,000 for a detail, and cheap “ceramic” coating. The just put it on the bill of sale and acted like it was normal. Purchased a vehicle the next day from a Mercedes dealer and they laughed when I asked if they have any extra fees for detail and coating. When I picked it up, the car was spotless and coated for free. Crazy to me that dealerships still try to do this.

This the second review I’ve done since I bought my car. I mentioned all the people in my first review who help with my purchase, but I did feel the need to say how good Caleb was even after I bought. He helped me set up my service visit and very helpful coordinating a time for me with my schedule. He was flexible to accommodate my needs and was a professional thru and thru. I would recommend this dealership and hold Caleb in high regard.

Kmal was the best and most honest salesman we have dealt with over the last 6 months. He was very polite and super nice. The insurance man was also very nice. The experience was enjoyable. No games. If he is still there when the Stout pickup comes up I will buy again. I was 100% satisfied.
