Mary seemed uninterested and didn't even introduce herself to us. Just said she was running late and will go get the key. Little to no interaction in the vehicle or at her desk. The sales manager however was amazing and gave us a different experience. Actually felt like a customer at that point and not like a person trying to waste time. I purchased a more expensive vehicle somewhere else and am happy with my experience and product. Again the sales manager, a gentleman a cannot remember, was exemplary l. Mary was not and seemed uninterested it getting a sale.

They contacted me right away. I actually heard from 3 salesman. They were polite & professional.

Rating less than one star. Dealer called to make an appointment to view vehicle but when I got there it was not ready to view and still was not an hour later so left and told them I was very unhappy. Was told I needed an appointment as this vehicle was in high demand, but I think that was a sale gimmick / lie. I let them know I would NEVER recommend them. I wanted to pay cash but was told I needed to pay $ 1,000 more than the displayed price unless financed and plus pay them $ 500 for a trade-in. They said I did not read the fine print and that this is standard. I would never have gone if I knew these things as it took 3 hours of my time and 60 miles.

Bait and Switch They add errors the lowest price on Car Guru and then then tag on 3500 dollars worth of freight and processing charges Complete non- transparent pricing to invite views and test drives .
