Did get a timely reply, but overall the sales person seemed very disinterested in assisting me. Heard excuses like the manger to appraise my car wasn’t in yet. Or the sales office being busy. They either sold it before I could see it or just said that to get rid of me.

Bait and switch! Car price went up 3k from my initial inquiry and they played dumb on the phone until I showed them the screenshot/link I had taken of it. Not honest people.

My experience was great! Salesperson Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with and made the experience of buying the right car a real pleasure. Jeremy made a video of the car, which was very helpful to have before I drove an hour and a half to see the car., set up a convenient appointment for me to see the car, and made sure we were informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Karen, who helped with the financing, was friendly and helpful, making that part of the buying super easy. After buying the car, a key was found to have a low battery, to which a tech person walking by jumped in to help and install a new battery. Was the best car buying experience I have been involved in!

Emailed the dealer. Josh responded within 10 minutes. I was at the dealership for a test drive within 30 minutes. I bought the vehicle. Process took less than 3 hours. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful.
