Dealership very helpful with regard to my inquiry on their vehicle.

Steve got in touch with me and quickly got my financing in place. I have completed the finance paperwork and purchased insurance ahead of picking up the vehicle next Monday. Very easy dealership to work with. I highly recommend them!

I inquired about this vehicle and was told to come in the same day so I did later in the day before they closed. After going over details, telling them how much I was willing to down pay, I asked if I could bring my old plates in he next day so I wouldn't have to pay for new ones. They agreed, made an appt for the next day and I was promised the car would still be available. I called when they opened the next morning to verify my appt and that the car was still there. They confirmed it was. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me they didn't think I was coming back so they sold the car off to someone else. I was absolutely flabbergasted and furious that there was no communication whatsoever. They tried to show me other vehicles that had damages or way more mileage than the original car I was looking at, so I left. I went straight to another dealership the day after and found a better, cheaper car with around 10k mileage. I recommend going to the franchise dealerships instead

The vehicle I inquired about what totally different from the vehicle they tried to sell me. It had none of the features they had listed for the vehicle. When I tried to show them the vehicle online they had posted, they had deleted it. Once I left the dealership and was on my way home they put the vehicle back up for sale and still try to lie about the actual vehicle.
