Received email that car was available. Then an email that it wasn't available. And now almost a week later, I received 2 more emails stating its available.

Great people to work with. Found exactly what I wanted. Price was negotiable. Ask for more details on adding extras. Didn't see things on paper and had to change the contract because I didn't want to finance extras and paid for them up front.

Pos truck, drove 3.5 hrs for nothing, truck was undercoated to cover the terrible rust everywhere

The truck had a dead battery and needed a jump box to start it. After being on the lot 125 days it was not even cleaned or detailed. Wiring harness to the previous plow had been cut out with bolt cutters and wires were hanging exposed under the hood out of the fuse box. Test drove and the truck made a kazoo like sound under load. Sketchy experience at best.

They sold the car before i could get there.. they informed as such. So I couldn't see it.

The salesman Scott got in contact with me about a vehicle on a Tuesday, mentioning several similar other trucks. He sent pictures on it and it was perfect. I set up a time a time to look at it Friday, where he made me promise that I was gonna be there to see it because they were having it moved from Lansing. He texts me Friday before the appointment that someone else is looking at it and he'll "let me know at 3." He also said at this point that was the only truck he was going to have to look at. I didnt hear from him again till the next Tuesday where he was making sure I hadn't bought anything yet. The communication was horrible and I know hes a salesmen, but he made me FEEL like I was being lied to. I hope the other salesmen over there are better. Do better Scott.

Wonderful experience with this dealership

Allen was a great help and we were able to purchase the vehicle at a fair price. Allen made the process easy to navigate and was great communicating with us during the negotiating period. He had the paperwork ready and the car washed and filled up when we picked up the vehicle.
