Terrible. Truck was listed for 9,995. Made appointment to see it and price went up to 14,995 several hours before the appointment. They said would sell for lower price but then called back and suddenly the truck had a bad engine. They did not want to sell at original listed price.

I recently visited Luxurious auto after seeing a vehicle advertised on their website at what seemed like a fair price. However, when I arrived in person to discuss the purchase, I was told the actual price was around 20% higher than what was listed online. This practice felt misleading and completely unprofessional. I understand that dealerships need to make a profit, but inflating the price well above the advertised amount once a customer is on-site feels deceptive. Wasting a potential buyer’s time like this does not create trust or a positive experience. I would strongly advise future buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership or to verify prices thoroughly before visiting. For me, honesty and transparency are essential, and sadly, I didn’t feel that was a priority here.
