It's still early in the process, but the dealer has been very helpful. I'm confident that they will do their best to help me throughout the process. I'm thankful for the dealer's effort.

Had an appointment days in advance and upon arrival the vehicle had the entire dash apart and was not drivable much less detailed for showing.

The overall experience was good. However, note they do have dealer adding and charge a fee for reconditioning that should already be included in the price but is not.

Drove 3 hours only to discover the photos of the vehicle were fraudulent. The car on the lot looked as if it had been sandblasted. Looked horrible, needed a paint job BADLY, drivers side door ha due was broken (couldn't even open the door). Was asking a retail price as if the car was in perfect condition & it looked like nit needed to be declared a junk vehicle. Bottom line, I was deceived & lied to. Deserves negative stars if that was an option.

They reached out with an automated text message. I asked for a video of the car since I don't live near the dealership, but they never responded.

They were great to work with.
